Want to Continue Shopping? By clicking on the "Continue Shopping" icon you will return to Cathy Heinz Designs. If you return to our site, you can continue to add items to your cart until you wish to check out.
Want to see what's in your cart? Clicking on the View Shopping Cart icon at the top of any page in our site will take you to your Shopping Cart. Please note that any time you view your Shopping Cart, you are in the secure PayPal site.
Ready to check out? When you are ready to check out, click the View Shopping Cart icon at the top of any page in our site to go to your Shopping Cart. Click on the "Proceed to Check Out" button on that page and a screen will open where you will be offered the option of paying by opening a new or existing PayPal account or paying without a PayPal account. Please note that you do not have join PayPal in order to use its services. To bypass signing up for PayPal, just click at the bottom of the screen where it says: "Don't have a PayPal Account?". Either way you will be passed to a screen where you will be able to choose your form of payment, enter your shipping information and any other information. PayPal, through its excellent security, offers superior protection for your data. Once you pay for your order, your transaction will be complete and you will be returned to Cathy Heinz Designs.
Paying by Check
If you wish to pay by check, we accept money orders or cashier's checks denominated in U.S. dollars and drawn on a U.S. bank. You must first place your order by emailing or calling us before mailing us your payment to get the total amount including shipping.
Shipping Costs Your online purchases will be sent to you by insured U.S. mail with Signature Confirmation. Your shipping and insurance charges will be added to your order at Checkout in PayPal so that you will be able to verify the total charge for your order.
International Orders At this time, Canada is the only country outside the U.S. from which we are accepting orders.
Tax Charges All orders placed within the state of Maine will be charged 5 1/2% sales tax.
When can I expect my item?
Since the jewelry displayed on this site is limited production or one of a kind, you can expect that your order will be processed within 2 weeks. If you are requesting a custom item, delivery may take up to 4-6 weeks. We will discuss delivery date when we confirm your custom order. Returns and Exchanges Policy
We believe that you will be very satisfied with your purchases from Cathy Heinz Designs. However, if you would like to return an item, you may do so within 14 days of invoice date. Exchanges or returns do NOT apply on worn, altered, or custom jewelry. Simply return the item within 14 days of invoice date in its original condition for a full refund. If you exchange your return for another item, it will be sent to you by insured U.S. Postal mail. Additional shipping costs will be charged to your credit card.
For all special orders, customized pieces and special offers, all sales are final.
To Return or Exchange an Item
Please email or call us at 1.207.808.9661 to arrange for returns and exchanges. Please send all returns by insured mail as we do not accept liability for any goods lost or damaged in transit.
Crediting Your Returns
Upon receipt, all returns will be processed within 7 working days. Any refunds will be remitted in the manner in which they were paid.
